What you share
Quote requests include your name, phone, town and state, residential or commercial setting, service, and project description. Email, product links, and photos are optional. Do not submit payment details, identification documents, or sensitive information.
Saved quote requests and photos
When the website confirms a successful submission, your request is saved for BKJ to review. Photo attachments are stored privately and require the website owner’s authenticated access. BKJ uses this information to estimate your project, arrange service, and follow up. Submission is not a booking confirmation or consent to unrelated marketing.
Campaign attribution
The website keeps campaign parameters such as UTM tags and Google click identifiers in session storage for up to 24 hours. These may be saved with your quote so BKJ can understand which campaign brought the request. We use a daily hash of a technical network identifier to limit repeated submissions.
Google tracking
Google Tag Manager container GTM-59CTVD37 is installed. Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags have not been configured by BKJ’s website setup yet. Clicking a phone number or opening a messaging app is distinct from a successfully saved quote. This notice and the applicable consent configuration will be updated before Google tags are activated.
Other services
WhatsApp and SMS remain alternatives. Those messages are sent only when you tap Send in the messaging app, and they are handled under the providers’ policies. The website uses Google Fonts for Sora and hosted services to deliver pages, store requests, and store photos.
